Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
The kids were asleep in their cribs as I was strapped with an infant to my back. Ha! Ha! It all started to be clear, but was still far from being done. This was going take time, money as well as my personal favorite to complete the interior of this house. My three sons and I were looking for the hidden treasures going to estate sales in order to help keep my spending under control. Every week, we would stroll through estate and garage sales on Thursdays and Saturdays buying a mixture of old and new pieces. I then spent the rest of my time painting and sanding on our front lawn. What I saw looked something like... this is when my passion to restore furniture started. When our house was decorated, I couldn't give up! I had a space at the local market and also sold items there. I was able to outgrow the area because I had numerous pieces I could use. I held open houses at my residence where 1 000 people could visit on a single weekend. the visitors were able to purchase items on the first level. That's how my company Growing Days was born. When my business grew and so did our small family. There was a perfect balance between the start of a company and being a mother. Growing Days just seemed to be the right fit. Nora, my 4th kid was born in 2013. This was an excellent direction for my business however I was also in need of a vacation. I decided to quit building my old furniture for a few months and be at home with the children. The time was right. The phone rang again after several minutes. They asked for my help in interior decoration as well as renovations. A majority of those calling me came from people who visited my home at one of the furniture open houses. The time flew by before I was managing a full-scale business for home improvement. It began with taking clients on one in a manner that I felt at ease with. You would probably have laughed at me had you told me it would be the foundation of an DIY Network tv series. As I reflect at it, it has made me laugh.
